Approved Front Doors
There are three styles of front doors that are currently approved (Amended 11/13/03). You will need to submit (to the Management Company) an ACC request if you want to install something different than what is pictured below. The replacement door must be painted the same color as the original door.

Approved Garage Doors
Garage Doors are metal roll up design with 4 horizontal panels. The top panel has 8 windows with or without grids. Replacement garage doors must be the same as one of the two pictured below and painted the same

The CC&R's specify that "Except for accessing use of the garages, garage doors shall be kept closed at all times".
Approved Screen Doors
Screen doors; the frame must be made of wood, must be painted to match the color of the front door and the color is approved by the Board. The screen must be one of the 9 approved styles (see below). Screen doors may also have glass inserts. In order to have this option, a the door must be purchased with a thickness of 1-1/8" versus the standard screen only door of 3/4" thickness.
Owners may purchase their doors at the location of their choice.
